I have taking 3 things to be altered/repaired a zip on a bag, a cold shoulder dress for the sleeves to be taken off & a pair of sandals for new straps as the elastic on them & a clasp replaced. All 3 times were perfect repairs & good charge for all 3. I definitely recommend Express Repairs always ready when they say as well. Run by father & daughter both very friendly & helpful.
