I phoned the Hove branch regarding a colour/combination as I was having problems making a decision. I spoke to Joanne, she was so helpful and knew exactly what i was looking for, I bought a colour I would never have thought of and it works perfectly in my hallway. Great customer service in this store always! It really does make a difference to speak to assistants who care. Thankyou!

Just want to say thanks to the shop assistant who helped us with the paint. We finally finished all the painting and the combination was so good! Also she calculated perfectly how much paint we needed! Thank you so much!!!
So unhappy with this paint. Tried masking off areas to paint between the wall and ceiling and the F&B paint just peeled off in sheets with the masking tape. Took we hours to retouch in everywhere it was damaged. I’ve tried Little Green on the same project and it was perfect. Really disappointed with F&B. I now know why professional decorators hate using F&B. It doesn’t justify the price tag at all.
Excellent friendly service considering the current lockdown services. You just cant comapre the f and b products available here compared with whats on display at the national diy stores. No comparison.
