There is no doubt about it, without Dominique Scott of Fine and Country our sale and subsequent purchase would have failed. Our transactions involved a small but difficult chain. It was nail biting involving reductions in offer prices and serious time ultimatums with threats of withdrawal. Dominique Scott nursed the transactions through gaining the confidence of all the parties involved, being in touch with them all including their estate agents and if necessary the conveyancers, smoothing the way to completion.
