It was a bit unfortunate that the negotiator we were originally assigned to handle the sale of our property left the company mid-way through the process and we weren't formally notified of the fact, or given the name of his successor. That said, the person who took over from him did a very creditable job of picking up where he left off and of navigating the sale of our flat through to a satisfactory completion. It was a longer journey than we had anticipated and there were a couple of bumps along the road; also, the sale price achieved was lower than we had hoped (and somewhat lower than the original valuation), despite being in the midst of a "hot" property market. All the staff with whom we had dealings were well motivated and professional in their approach to their jobs and if I had another property to sell in Brighton & Hove, I would almost certainly return to Fox & Sons. Many thanks to all concerned.

We found the whole team, particularly Keira and Jamie, extremely helpful and quick to act in a calm and highly professional manner. We really felt they were getting things moving, resolving problems speedily, especially towards the latter stages leading up to exchange, taking as much stress out of the situation as was possible. Very impressed with the service received from Fox & Sons. Not only did they deliver a sale price which exceeded expectations, they managed the whole process in a very professional manner and were always on hand to assist. Keira Jarvis was excellent at managing the process and was very friendly and professional throughout. They also secured our mortgage and Jamie Elvin was excellent in this regard, even stepping in to undertake estate agency duties while his colleagues were away during the Christmas period. Overall excellent service. Despite forming part of a large company, this branch has the feel of a family run business.
I just exchanged on my first property which I found through Fox & Sons Hove. Great team, really helpful. I've probably seen the property I'm buying about 6 times and it's never a problem to arrange a viewing. They're all really friendly, helpful and communicative. I also used their in-house mortgage broker who was great.
We chose to sell our one bed flat on a bit of a whim when the stamp duty holiday came in. We'd not sold a property before, so were a bit nervous, but I have to say, we had a pretty excellent experience with Fox and Sons. They communicated really well following viewings and when we did get an offer they kindly negotiated outlr sale price up, which was obviously appreciated. I can't think of anything negative to say and I have recommended them to friends, which I think says a lot.
Keira and Jamie were both incredibly helpful and thorough with helping us buy our first flat. Jamie was fantastic at giving fair and easy to understand mortgage advice and he made the whole process really easy. Keira was incredibly personable, understanding and professional.
