Appalling customer service. Ordered a dining set in early December that was meant to be delivered in 9 weeks. Then 11. Then "it will be a fortnight" every time I call. Company never returns calls when promised. Customer service staff really couldn't care less, probably demoralised by the number of complaints they are dealing with. Update: you'll note Furniture Village trying to look like a company concerned with customer service below, by offering to look into my case. Emailed them at that address - heard nothing back.

We bought a sofa and armchair from them with a Guardsman Plan. They were expensive and are well looked after (cleaned with Guardsman products). They have developed a similar fault with leather rubbing away by the head making them look ugly and almost unusable as it is sticky too. No one cares at either Company and no one helping us with a resolution

Purchased the legend corner sofa in October, a high price but being British made I understand the waiting time, now in January and expected delivery for February, haven't heard anything since.. but have hope I will soon. Everyones really friendly there and helpful. I gave 3 stars because spending that sort of money I would expect more info in the process of of it being made and how its coming along.. that being said when it gets delivered I will write a new review on the sofa its self and the quality.

Buying the items were easy. After sales not so good. We felt that the company may have had communication problems forwarding information to their other departments, because no one seemed to know what was going on regarding our order. It was difficult to communicate with anyone and long hone queues.

We purchased a Parker Knoll leather suite on Wednesday 2nd September 2020. The salesman gave us initially 300 off, but we asked if he could better the offer as we were spending over 5800. He said he would speak to the manager and came back with a further offer of another 200. I wished we had looked at the website which said we can have an additional 50 off for every 500 spent. 5800 is a lot of money for us and even an extra 50 would have made a difference. The salesman, Paul, should have told us we could have an extra 50 off for every 500 spent. We should have had 550 off. For that reason I have only given 3 stars. We have saved hard for this suite deciding we would only buy British. We were also told delivery would be 9 weeks, on the invoice it's 12 weeks. Having spoken to Paul on the telephone and my issue resolved I have altered my stars to five. He was very good, never pressurised us.

Lower your expectations if purchasing from here!! Timeline of events: 31.08.20 - ordered 2000 dining table & chairs, paying around 500 deposit Expected delivery 11-12 weeks Mid November - called to advise of 4 wk delay due to covid Mid December - further delay, apparently at docks but due to covid unable to unload. Due round 12th Jan Mid January - having heard nothing emailed and received a call saying the third party deliverers would be in touch End January - still heard nothing. Emailed again but no reply 2nd February - live chat with Laura, it’s here and she would contact delivery company, would call on 3rd at 4pm 3rd February - no call. Live chat with William advised arriving at warehouse around 20th February. I’d be contacted around then to arrange delivery 5th February - William updated to say company called Artedi would deliver and assemble direct. 22nd February - no table and no contact I realise and fully appreciate these are tough times but really, the lack of communication and lies are just beyond belief.....

Great service. The sales lady was, very helpful, there was no pressure selling. She had a really great sense of humour. Shopping is very rarely a joy, but this was very close.
