Great experience. Very welcoming and accommodating. I didn't realize Halfords had this branch in Hove, and hence by error turned up at the Brighton branch. Staff were very helpful at Brighton branch, calling ahead to advise of my error, and Hove branch was very welcoming allowing me to be late for my appointment. Great customer service and will certainly use again!

Excellent, professional service. Mot test was completed on time and topped-up washer fluid (which was empty) without question. Hassel free and safe handover. Recommended.
I regularly use this garage for big and small tasks because it’s good. Staff are welcoming, competent and go that extra mile. The work they do has always been reliable and reasonably priced. I will be returning and can positively recommend it.
I was impressed by their respect for Covid rules and it felt very safe going there. The communication is also very good and the car was done in no time.
Quick and personable service. Car passed MOT and I didn't feel pressured to do any other work, although I then chose to do some extra bits because of this. Yes, you could go somewhere else to get cheaper parts but it was a great service so I don't mind paying more. Covid measures were excellent

Halfotds auto centres and parts centres are easily confused. Went looking for a new wing mirror after a builders \u200d️ van travelling towards my vehicle in the opposite direction collided with an extremely large bang. The wing mirror was obliterated. So after using Google. Halfotds seemed the obvious choice. The first choice was closed the second had no parts stock. And the third hadn't the part. Well worth calling before you turn up.
