I popped into the store today I wondered around and spoke to Richard good friendly advise, I will be returning with my husband before the sale ends.

The actual purchase of the sofa was not great as the salesman we had was on his own and too young.seemed like he had just started the job.nobody was helping him and think someone should have been with him to make sure he was doing things properly.However when the sofa arrived it was great,the guys were so so nice (Marven and Dave)such lovely guys they couldn't be more helpful, polite and so very friendly,nothing was of to much trouble.I have a very small hallway,very narrow but they still had a smile on their face.I would so recommend those guys.they are a credit to the company and deserve a pay rise.I have told all my friends about them.thankyou so much marven and Dave you are great guys.

Service was shocking!! Ended up walking out after 40 mins with no service went up and asked a question and was told they didn’t know, no attempt to find out for me, so I left and bought from Dfs who was Much better than I expected. 0*
I have made the decision to never shop here again. We called into this store a couple of months ago admittedly it was 7.45pm they shut at 8pm we had already decided on what we wanted so approached a staff member who sat us down. We explained what range we were interested in. He started typing away and after 5 mins told us a price. I said but you don't know what we even want to which he replied he thought we had said just a sofa which we hadn't. We also wanted to spread the cost over 4 years. He then told us he could put the order through and that we would need to come back tomorrow to complete the finance agreement. He was rude and very unfriendly. We didn't go through with this purchase but went home and ordered on line. This was 28th December and gave us a delivery date of less than 12 weeks. It was more and was only delivered last week taking over 4 months. Never again will I shop here

We had a good experience at Harvey's in Hove, having been to other local Harvey's stores first. We decided on 3 items and placed our order. Having had second thoughts about 2 of the items, we returned the next day and took advantage of the 24 hour grace period option , and changed our order. The salesman who dealt with us, Richard, was incredibly patient, never pushy, and went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied. After a few days, we decided we wanted to change the colour of the fabric we had ordered and weren't sure if this was possible, having already changed our order once. However, when we rang to query this possibility, Richard, and his manager, did everything they could to help us, and we managed to place our final order at no extra cost to us, although this meant them re-doing the admin from scratch, and we have to wait longer for our delivery. We are really happy with this service so far, since we feel we took advantage of all the options available to us, and were possibly not the easiest of customers!! We await our delivery in about 12 weeks to make our final verdict!
