Absolutely brilliant! Had such a great time at the Hen bootcamp. Rob put together a great mix of activities - something we could all do together or as team competing against each other. It was a great laugh and everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to be a bit active on their hen do, but still have fun! Thank you Rob!

Rob really put together an awesome bootcamp for my best friend's hen do. Just the warm-up already had us all laughing together. We then did a series of exercises and then competed against each other in groups. We laughed the whole way through and though it got us sweating it wasn't so extreme that people who are not super fit couldn't do it. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a fun and active bonding activity for their hen do! Also, it really helped the slight day 2 hangover, I promise.
