Had a call yesterday from a dodgy "national survey" team. Fed them some duff information. Then today get a call from these guys... who relayed the same duff information! At best these are Data Protection violators, probably worse though.

Very poor service For the last year I've been paying 21 per month and they called to do a review and I assumed like car insurance they would alter details and ammend my monthly payments when I told them I had a new lg tv. NO they took 516 to cover 3 years right before Easter weekend how unusual can they not see how you normally pay?,i rang up and they put me on a call back for 11am how can they not have the facility to stop a pending transaction or cancel it quickly

Just telephone blaggers. Anyone pretending they know about your washing machine / white goods policies shouldn't be trusted, especially when they call you by a duff name, wrong address and make of machine - false details you've given out to another blag survey caller - and really try to push something on you. At least I took up 15 minutes of their time so they couldn't trick someone else in that time. Screw you HomeShield Direct

Had a good service after my refridgerator was leaking and ended up being completely un-useable. Spoke to the engineering team first who where helpful and explained what had gone wrong and a replacement was sent out. Did have to speak to the customer service team first but overall really happy

Did not give all the information regarding the policy so please don't agree to anything over the phone. But were great when I cancelled the policy straight away

My husband received a phone call explaining that my existing policy was about to run out. Never had existing policy with them. My husband agreed to it. They told him it was a one off payment of 76.00 for 3 years cover. Tried calling them to cancel it, no option to leave message. After a couple of weeks, I emailed them to explain. As this is it out the cooling off period. They refused to give refund because they could not find record of us ringing them within 14 days. Disgusting!

If you want any credibility as a good business, please do not use direct marketing and calling people out of the blue with some sales rubbish. I might have used your services at some point. Shame, but good luck in your endeavours.
