James and the team did a fantastic job on a total refit of our bathroom. Design, fitting selection was painless and the work was carried out to a very high standard....despite the challenges lock-down imposed towards the end of the project. Additionally all the 3rd party firms (sash window repair, carpentry) HBKC brought it were excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone - especially those people who want an active, engaged firm, and not just be given a brochure of 200 taps and told 'you choose!'

After looking online at a number of bathroom companies we visited four of them and ultimately chose HBKC because we felt more confident in their ability to work through issues and deliver the finished result. We felt from the start that their approach wasn't just to sell us products it was to make sure that the design took account of the quirks of our house and what would need to be done. The impression we got was based in part on the level of experience and practical knowledge that came across in our discussions. That level of confidence and trust stayed with us throughout the project, even when a few snags came up. The approach to customer service was excellent. The design went through a number of variations until we had the right balance and the work carried on until everything was as we wanted it. We have ended up with a fabulous new bathroom.
