Terrible and rude main reception customer service. Impatient unhelpful receptionists. Not keen on advising or even have patience talking to you, cut you off whilst you are talking and start putting you through somewhere else instead listening to the end what you have to say and what is the reason for your call. They have absolutely no people skills and don’t know how to talk to you without getting annoyed which they aren’t even hiding well over the phone. They aren’t interested in helping at all. They cut the conversation with you while you still haven’t finished talking. Rude rude rude! They should all attend a customer service course ( saying the least!) .

Incompetent handling of referrals and website..maybe put a slug in charge of reception to might get you better results

I brought my daughter for a blood test yesterday.Although she was seen very promptly and her blood taken very quickly and smoothly, she started to feel very faint and nauseous and her vision clouded.The staff could not have been more efficient in subsequently checking her blood pressure which had plummeted and blood sugar levels and looking after her with great care and attention until she had recovered. Thank you!
I just rang the Polyclinic to tell them my daughter was ill and unable to attend an appointment today. I told the receptionist I had rung previously but there was no answer for her to rudely say \well the phone hasn't rung!\ It did ring because I sat there at the other end listening to it! Good Customer Service course in need there!
