It's almost laughable that the clock has been wrapped in a bin liner for three years without being replaced! The video monitors are so small, it's virtually impossible to read the train departure times... and with no clock, it's down to guesswork if you'll be able to catch your train on time! Please, buy bigger LED display monitors and fix your clock!

Came here today (10.02.21) printed my ticket from the machine but printed a completely different ticket than the one I paid for the night before using the trainline app. The lady on the checkout couldn't have been more pedantic and rude, this lady with pink hair and glasses has absolutely no idea what customer services is, she might aswel of told me to go f*** myself! She couldn't be more disinterested. Even though I was the only person there and the staff saw me withdraw my ticket they made me feel like a criminal and told me to purchase a new ticket and get the old one refunded. I use this station often, this is not the first time there has been issues but this was outrageous! I will be following up with a formal complaint. The only saving grace is a gentleman I normally see called Jude who i have to say is a absolute gem and a blessing to your company. Personally I will go to aldrington station as its unmanned, I'd rather speak to no one than this rude women.
Since post lockdown The Station has been one of my favourite places to go! Staff remember me and remind me to book for future events such as the FA Cup Final! Mike in particular is a fantastic host and the place would not be the same without him! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality - this is now my new local and would recommend to anyone! Thank for making us feel so safe and welcome in what is a challenging time for all!
