The initial buzz from Innernation's inspiring and engaging workshop 'Set for Success' has sparked my own initiative and focus - rather than giving me lots of hoops to jump through, it feels doable. Nikola put me at ease whilst effectively helping dig up some of the unhelpful dialogue and pressure that comes with goal setting. The group atmosphere was supportive - Nikola helped us to draw out and clarify achievable goals from our wish lists, to separate the wheat from the chaff, and let go of all the tangle of 'if only' and get moving! Rather than now looking at my notes with a 'workshop high' and then a deflated sense of 'so much to do', I am feeling assured and confident in my first step to my plan and have a great reward to motivate each step.

Hovestressbusters has become THE place for therapy talks and demos. The therapists there have helped hundreds of people gain new perspectives on issues that have caused stress and anxiety in their own lives. The directors - Jelena and Nikola - continue to put so much effort into the Hovestressbusters project They are two shining examples of how one can take an idea for the good of the local community and watch it grow with love, kindness and support. As a therapist who has been lucky enough to offer demos and give talks at the venue in Cornerstones Community Centre, Hove I feel sure that it will continue to be a place that is vital for wellbeing in the city.
