AVOID! This lot are useless. They charge high management fees and do nothing in return. They don't respond to requests for information and always seem to refer you back to the freeholders who tell you to speak to the management company. Nightmare. Property management seems to be a licence to print money and the government really need to do more to enable customers to hold these people to account.
