We found a house we liked the look of with a Jason Dean sign outside and promptly got in touch. Our house wasn't even on the market yet! After viewings and putting an offer in (accepted ;-) we then put our house on with Jason. He suggested an open day rather than lots of viewings throughout the week. This suited us fine as with young kids its hard to keep a house tidy! The open day got lots of viewings and a few asking price offers too! So we bought and sold really quickly. All went smoothly all the way to moving into our new home. thanks for the great service Jason & co.

Jason maybe good at selling your property but at what cost to the buyer? I bought a flat from Jason early this year. While being shown round the property I saw a dehumidifier in the wardrobe and asked about it. Jason said the seller had it in there to mask the smell of paint fumes. Jason also said the special low lying bed came with the property. It wasn't on the Inventory and I asked about it. Jason assured me it came with the property, On the day I moved in the bed was gone. I met the seller recently he said Jason had never mentioned the bed and if he'd known we wanted it he'd have given it to us. I also now understand what the dehumidifier was for! This flat really suffers from condensation. Small black mould marks have started to appear on the walls and my clothes and shoes stored in the built in wardrobe are damp and mouldy.
