Defiantly wouldn't use this shop, sent a parcel through ebay, tracked and signed for, there saying theve got no knowledge of my parcel, very un helpful and dishonest, shouldn't be allowed to be a click and collect shop!!!!!!

I attempted to do a UPS return here and the item never reached it's destination. Seems to be a consistent theme of problems at this store.
Don’t get why there are bad reviews. I went in found my UPS package showed my ID, signed and went out. Very easy and the clerk was friendly!
Tried using this shop several times and have now given up. Rude staff, unhelpful , abrupt. I advise everyone to use another shop.
It took me two attempts to obtain my parcel. On the first attempt I was served by a very rude and unhelpful man who told me that my barcode was not working and sent me away. The next day, by contrast, I was served by a different person who was polite and helpful and who, although he again experienced difficulty scanning the barcode, he and another colleague persevered by manually inputting the codes and I was able to collect my parcel.
