Bought my mum a massage from here and the staff were not helpful at all . Kept trying to tell my mum she had I wrong and there is no booking . Accused her of lying and trying to get a free massage. Mums 77 by the way. Then said her fella couldn’t wait in the waiting area as he was a ‘stranger’ so made a 75 yr old man walk outside for an hour . Turns out they hadn’t seen the booking as it was through groupon so all they stress to my mum for nothing . It ruined my mums day and now she doesn’t want another massage as she just sees them as stress now which is exactly the opposite of what they are meant to do!
