I was really pleased with the service that I received from Lois Bevan as well as my lovely new home that the agency have newly decorated for me. Really friendly and helpful with everything I asked about and I even got a personalised 'welcome to your new home' card AND a welcome present from Lois and the team which I thought was an absolutely lovely touch from a letting agency. Really made me feel welcome and valued as a tenant. Very happy indeed with all aspects of the service here, cannot thank Lois and the team enough-Jonathan.

Highly efficient service received from Lois Bevan whilst renting a property. Especially impressive as the rental market was particularly busy at the time. Lois's communication was excellent which reduced our stress. This is our first time as tenants and she made the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Leaders are managing my property whilst I am based overseas and their service so far has been excellent. They have quickly found suitable tenants when required but, more importantly, have continued to provide efficient and timely support throughout the tenancy period.
