Having Lextons sell our property has been amazing. They have been pro-active and efficient in the sale which was less than a month from hitting the market.... during a lockdown/ global pandemic. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and quality shown in Claudia's marketing of my property. At the same time as my property was on the market I was viewing properties through other agents. The contrast in professionalism shown was astounding. Right from the off Claudia did a fantastic job The photos were beautifully taken. The marketing and adverts were excellent. The plan was to pull together a viewing weekend, using online marketing and existing prospects, which was a huge success. We had 20 viewings over 2 days and above asking offers flooding in on the Monday. When the sale seemed to be floundering over Covid clauses in the contracts Claudia was on hand to keep all parties moving, and to get the sale over the line. I would not hesitate to market property again through Claudia and Lextons. If only other estate agents showed this sort of professionalism.
Claudia and the Lextons Hove team provided an excellent service in selling our house. In what was a difficult process due to other elements of the chain, Claudia went above and beyond to ensure it did not fall through and without her input I'm certain the chain would have collapsed. She was always available to talk and proactive in her contact with myself and in chasing other elements of the chain. On top of all of this, she got us an excellent price within a few days of listing the property! If you're looking to buy or sell, particularly in the Hove area, I'd highly recommend Lextons and when the time comes that we do move again, I shall certainly be reaching utilising their services once again!
I can’t praise Claudia from Lextons enough for her help in selling our flat. She’s been such a pleasure to work with and a godsend in this process. We actually met Claudia whilst viewing a property to buy and liked her so much we asked her to sell ours. Out of all the estate agents we met Claudia was the friendliest, the most thorough, and offered the most trustworthy advice. It also helped that we were impressed by Lextons’ property photography and marketing. Throughout the entire process Claudia has supported us, kept us calm (!), and most importantly kept the sales process moving at times when it could have stalled. She continuously communicated with us and kept us in the loop - always responding to questions promptly. Overall our experience with Lextons and Claudia has been excellent, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending!
