Microwave oven developed an electrical fault. I rang on the off chance that they could come and repair, but wasn't expecting a reply due to the current Public Health emergency. They rang back, arranged to collect the oven, review and repaired and deliver back within a couple of days. Very happy with the service and price. T

I can't recommend Joe highly enough, he asked what the problem was on the phone, and turned up with the spare part as he said he would. He was right in his diagnosis, and my microwave was repaired in record time. He wasn't just professional, he was very friendly and tidy. I would use him again ( hope I don't have to ) with no hesitation.

Prompt, successful and inexpensive repair of an old built-in combination microwave and convection oven that would have cost six times as much to replace. Engineer is a microwave specialist with long experience who quickly diagnosed and replaced a failed capacitor, and a very nice person.
