The staff are AWESOME!!! Their own brand liquids are amazing, there is no need to go with anything else. Again, the staff make it so easy to get the right equipment and liquid!
Good selection of their own juices. Good price of machines (bought my last two from these guys). Knowledgeable staff. Maybe get a more varied range of shortfills, or guest with up and coming makers etc.

Fantastic experience buying a starter kit yesterday. Taken through all the options with no pressure to go for the more expensive kit and good probing questions to understand what sort of smoker I was and what sort of vape experience would suit me best. Very happy with the equipment (and most importantly the knowledge) I left with. 24 hours cigarette free and counting!
