I went into Moss Bros today looking to buy a three piece suit. I was greeted by Anjal. I explained what I needed and he selected what he thought would be the right fit for me. He was right first time. I was very impressed with the shop and the professional service that was provided. I will be using them again.....

Bizarre customer service, it was as if I was an inconvenience to them, despite that I chose them for wedding suit hire (at the cost of near to 1k). All my groomsman that went in there for measurements found the staff consistently dismissive and at times guessed the suit sizes without measuring, despite their previous insistence that they must all go in for measurements. Would not recommend to hire from as their customer service is too unreliable.
Great service. Wedding suit purchased, full support with two experienced members of staff. They knew my sizes just by looking at me. I would have wasted hours and got it all wrong if left alone. Recommended.
My experience with this particular Moss Brothers has been great and really deserves the 5 stars given. The service from this store has been the complete polar opposite of the extremely awful service we received at the hands of the so called manager of the Crawley Moss brothers. I came in with my 7 groomsmen to get measured for our wedding suits. Becky was great, she was happy to help and go the extra mile for everyone. The whole process was easy, seamless and stress free. Specifically Becky who runs the Tailor Me and Hire Me desk was fantastic. Thanks again
Fantastic service. The gentlemen that was on his 1st day at the shop was brilliant. Staff in general very polite and helpful. Prices are also very attractive
I personally do not know too much about suits or the different ways to purchase one. Becky was an amazing help during my first experience, she was very clear, informative and attentive. She helped me find a suit perfect for my wedding day. She even gave me her personal suggestion which helped guide me to make the perfect choice. I'd highly recommend anyone Becky's service when looking to purchase a suit.
Really friendly and helpful service, good selection of fabrics etc.
Staff were polite and friendly, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism. Very knowledgeable and I felt confident in their assessments for when I was being measured for a suit. Also had a chat about Victorian literature and discovered I am not alone in my dislike of Dickens. All in all, I will probably return next time I need a made to measure suit.
