We cannot thank Lucy Wyatt enough for all her help in our house move. Lucy was kind, professional, understanding, quick to respond and always on hand at every step of the process. As first-time buyers, she really put our mind at rest – she always took the time to explain different parts of the process, updated us without us having to ask, and was happy to answer any questions (regardless of how silly we felt asking them!). Buying a house, especially the first time, is a stressful and tricky process, and you couldn’t be in better hands!

Great service from Liz and Lauren with selling my flat. It was a complicated sale which took longer than we expected but they continued to work so hard for me and responded so quickly to all of my questions, couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Called, emailed three times over two weeks... And given different information everytime... Just needed a copy of my documents for a lease extension ... Sent round the houses fir two weeks... Not impressed... Just to be told. They dont have them... Seriously, really poor service.
