When my partner and I fell pregnant, I was of course over joyed. I must admit, a sense of fear fell over me when I started to think of giving birth. I wanted to take control of this feeling so I signed up to Lisa’s hypnobirthing course, after being recommended by a friend. I can honestly say that was the best decision I’ve made throughout my pregnancy. That sense of fear has been replaced by a sense of control and confidence. Lisa is a fantastic teacher, I felt like I’d known her a while already after the first session. Lisa makes you feel at such ease and is very approachable. The knowledge I’ve learnt throughout the course and the confidence it’s given me is something I would recommend to every pregnant woman.
