Been 10 years in Brighton, had 4 phones with them and had problems in 3 occasions with the devices that I bought, and they completely ignore the issue 3 times, having to go through customer services who are always been brilliant. Now I bought a phone less than a year ago, I've asked for a water proof phone like my last Samsung Galaxy A3. The guy sold me a Samsung A71 as a water proof when is not; it's water resistant. I found out after 10 months I had the phone. Customer services pay the repair as I was told wrong when I bought it. I went to the shop, the guy who sold me the phone attend me, he completely washed his hands about the matter and when he spoke with the manager she didn't want to know anything about it (I was waiting outside because of covid restrictions). She didn't receive me or talk to me or try to help me, none of them 3 in the shop and basically the person who sold me the phone told me there is nothing they can do. Now I'm stuck for another 2 years with a phone that isn't water proof. In my 10 years experience with them, the only thing they care about is selling selling selling. Never again, enough is enough!

Staff were friendly, efficient and hilarious. Went in to upgrade my phone and transfer my mum's phone over to my new handset. Because I came unprepared the whole process took about 3 hours. They were knowledgeable and very patient with me despite my having no idea what I was doing and took the time to make sure I had my new phone set up perfectly and mum's up and running for her too without us losing any of our important stuff even though they were busy and juggling customers they still managed to make my partner and I laugh and feel at home in the store. Really positive experience and would highly recommend.
