Tried sending details of machine twice but none of their website links work. Website looks great but in fact its useless, so gave up and assumed their workmanship is of a similar quality i.e. Zero

This firm are a complete rip off, avoid at all costs. I told them exactly what my fridge problem was and they sent an “engineer” round who repeated virtually word for word what I’d already told the office over the phone. He then asked me for 167.50! When I offered to pay for parts and the balance on completion he refused. I subsequently bought the parts for under 70 and my son, who has no experience in the field, took 30 minutes to do the repair thus saving me from the rip off I would have tolerated had the company not been so greedy to take my money in advance. Shame on them!!

Would highly recommend this company to fix any appliance.my washing mashine stopped working. It was filling with water and emptying ok but the drum wasnt rotating or spinning. Phoned and explained the problem by this afternoon they sent an engineer out who found the problem to be worn out motor brushes. Th these was replace by the engineer and now I have a working washing machine again. Thank u guys so much.

Poor service all round would give zero stars if possible. - Most miserable workmen I've ever had in my house. Builders bum is an understatement - put your arse away you dirtbag!! - Didn't do any research on part required even with a weeks notice and the model details etc provided. Called me on the day to ask for the model number when already provided a week earlier. - Charged 80 to do nothing apart from make my oven not work at all by removing the fan and taking it with them. - No update after 2 weeks so I chased and told "we sent you a txt". Didn't get the txt and who just sends txt messages!? I didn't even agree to these sorts of updates. - No offer to put the fan back in while I waited for the new part so I could at least us my oven while I waited. - 4 weeks later I get a call to say the part has arrived. Then told its the wrong part and it will be next week when it arrives - which was a clear lie as it took 4 weeks last time. - Asked for a call back from a manager and still not heard anything. Worst company I've ever dealt with and there attitude was terrible.
