Always super helpful and really easy to shop around. Be prepared to wait if you're buying animals though, the process takes a few moments to take your details and make sure you're briefed on the basic care and dietary needs of any animal you are purchasing. Make sure to have a look online as well to help with small details like cage sizing and suggested toys as the choice can be quite broad in-store. Animals here are always in fairly good health due to the on-site vet, so don't worry about pre-existing conditions or illness here. The animals always seem to be in fairly good spirits and there is also an adoption section for those (mostly rodents) in need of a new home! If you visit, be sure to check if any of the animals up for adoption might be suitable for you!

We visited Pet at Home in order to add some babies to our home so we went for some gorgeous little goldfish! Matt was so lovely in helping us choose our little babies and helping choose the correct food, also how and when to feed them!

Went there for the first time for a vet's appointment for my cat we rescued for a check up and vaccines, the lady at the vet's reception was very, very friendly and professional despite dealing with so many people and animals at the same time. While I waited, a lady called Kirstin was very friendly too and chatty when putting prices on the products and even helped in suggesting what to do for my fish, and what not to do that would just be a waste of money. The vet was professional, gave me really useful advise and patient with my scared cat, and I am definitely coming back for whatever I need to be done for him. 5 stars!
