Pfeiffers is the best garage around. Professional, friendly and fairly priced. They have looked after my VW for over 10 years and always go out of their way to help me and keep me on the road, which as an NHS frontline worker is essential. Thanks lads!!

The older main guy who does the phones is extremely disingenuous. One problem after another, giving me a long list of parts and labour charges. I was recommended here as they are VW specialists but Pfeiffers completely ripped me off. Businesses like this just take advantage and should not be allowed to operate like this

Older Gentlleman rude .! Overpriced . Did not explain that there was a problem with my car after it had a service. Never again !

Repaired front break hoses, quoted a price including VAT on the phone and then charged the Vat on top of the quote instead. Specifically asked on the phone to avoid this exact situation. Disappointing as otherwise would have recommended as a good service. They were Not interested in resolving the matter.
