This is by far the best clothes shop in Hove. The staff are wonderful and give one to one personal service and advice on what looks good on you and what goes well with your hair colour, skin tone or body shape. I have received many compliments on my clothes and how I look and I can only attribute this to the advice I have received since shopping there. The clothes themselves are easy to wear and look after, and are easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. I have built up a beautiful capsule wardrobe so I no longer have to worry about what goes with what or worry about not having a thing to wear. Love this shop, love the staff. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I’ve shopped at Rock Lobster for many years and always found something lovely to wear. Their staff are always attentive, very experienced and always on hand to help with styling.
I went into this shop not having a clue what to buy for my wife for her birthday, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, she was thrilled with what they had suggested, will definitely return there again for their expertise RJK
My sister, friend and I have bought items and have spent a lot of money in this shop. Today I wanted to return a top which I had tried on at home and removed immediately. The lady, Paula, who has been charming I and always recognised me gave me a dirty look and said there was a mark on it although I insisted I had not worn it. She also said I’d taken the label off. I distinctly remember she removed the labels to add up the items on her calculator when my sister was there. I am appalled by this unacceptable level of so called customer service. I was even wearing a top I’d bought in there. Anyway I went across to a lovely shop called Willow and spent money there and had excellent service. I will not be shopping in Rock Lobster again. I do not like being made out to be a liar.
