Terrible long and drawn out experience with a firm I did NOT reach out to. Had requested never to be contacted again from them and this information obviously did not get passed around. Extremely unhappy with their service would recommend anyone to avoid. I do not wish to speak to anyone regarding this review and I do hope you stop wasting jobseekers time.

Very unprofessional. They submitted my details for a position without checking with me beforehand. When I refused to go for the interview because the job wasn't right, I never heard from them again. I got the impression they wanted me to go to an interview and waste everyone's time, rather than acknowledge to the employer that they had sent them CV's without bothering to consult the job seeker first.
