I rarely leave reviews but this is different. I would like to thank the team at Sawyer & Co in Hove for the easiest and most enjoyable house move I have had. I would especially like to thank Paige for the incredible service she has provided me throughout the letting experience. It has been so easy, despite the pandemic. They are a great team at Sawyer & Co, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Thank you all very much for your help in the selling of our flat over the past months especially in these challenging times of Covid. John was excellent in his sales pitch and Bob kept us informed of the after sales information, so pleased we went along with Sawyers again. We will certainly recommend them to our friends. I've found a property through Sawyer and co. Viewing with Kerry was really pleasant experience. Grace and Paige was really helpful, responsive and professional. The whole process was very seamless and quick. Also my flat is managed by Sawyer and co. Had a problem with water and Tracy dealt with it promptly and it was fixed soon.
Poor service and everything left to last minute. Property rented with a working but expired carbon monoxide alarm. Tenancy agreement for signature not provided until less than 24 hours before move in date. Would not recommend
Moving in to a new place during pandemic can be challenging but dealing with Sawyer & Co Team was a highlight of this experience. I enquiried about property which became unavailable. At this point, agents from other agencies usually finish the conversation, but Grace and Paige from Sawyer & Co suggested different flat which turnt out to be even better. Thank you Sawyer & Co Team for your attention and professionalism.
