Would love to give this place 0 stars.. the older guy who works there is an rude and aggressive. You are better off walking 5 minutes down the road and using alternative stores.

Absolutely shocking and rude service. Waited for ten minutes while they were clearly trainig new staf which I was fine with. Then they refused to wait for me for 10 second to put an address on my parcel and asked me to step out of the queue. Bearing in mind that the queue was out of the door at this point. Walked straight out to take my busines else where. Not even an apology. Have never experienced such rude service

I was just posting a birthday card too ireland and had stand in queue for 20 minutes in front of people posting packages .why couldn't the woman at the shop counter post the card considering they week before she did .Taylor post office really need to sort it out when it comes to people just need to post a card our letter. If I had load of packages too post I would have no problem waiting my turn .I think 20 minutes just to post card I think that's crazy .

Avoid at all costs. Even though this is the post office closest to me, I would rather walk to the one on Melville Road. The staff are rude and always try to over charge you. Not to mention they seem to do things very different to other post offices I have used which is very frustrating.

I was overcharged for postage because I was forced to send via a courier. For a parcel of 5kg, Medium size First class is 15. My parcel was 2kg and had to pay 20 for a slower service using ExpressAM. Really dissapointing and overall pretty poor service. Initially I was quoted 36 to send this parcel, what a joke.
