Worst customer service ever. Don't ever buy from these guys absolute cowboys. They have wasted countless hours of my time sent the wrong delivery numerous times now have lost track of what I ordered and are unable to process a refund!

Watch for ripoff by Team knowhow. They tell you lies to go for Cover insurance an appliance and when it comes to repairs they show you small prints that they never mention at the date of purchase. I paid 5 years cover and they refused to repair my tv for 2nd time. I had a cover in previous 5 years but never asked to repair my tv. Unfortunately on my second 5 years cover for new tv they refused 2nd repirs. Never buy appliance in Currys when it's cheaper to get online from different supplier.

5 hours on the phone ,then find out your TV is still at the store waiting to be picked up for repair after a .month.

They do very bad these days ,I called them about 20 times in few days and the line keep cutting during the conversation
