Love our local Tesco, love the staff many of whom we know by name and are so kind and caring it doesn't feel like a supermarket it feels like a fun hangout! My husband and I always have a very enjoyable experience there and the check out staff are amazing. They are so friendly and this really stands out. Some supermarkets seem serious and this Tesco is like going to say hi to friends. I think the staff training must be very good, they're a great bunch of people and it makes the shopping experience really pleasurable. Keep up the great work Hove Tesco, we love you!

A reasonable supermarket with helpful staff and good parking and nice layout but poor value compared to the discounters. Bought smoked mackerel here and aldi and it was 28% dearer at tesco. 6 rolls are comparable or better for price than aldi but quality is down. Veg is poor value compared to the discounters but lasts well and they have tried by copying the offer at the front of the store. Quality above asda. Their discount range is very well priced and might even undercut the discounters but the quality is patchy. Sometimes fine at other times I have bought the product and had to bin it. At aldi and lidl the quality is normally reliable whatever the product tho the lidl bakery is less than average quality. Difficult to fault and provides average to good service and the stores are easy to negotiate and park. .If price is your priority stick with the discounters. Try here for convenience.
This superstore is located at a convenient location and with plenty of carparks there. You can buy all the necessities you want there and save a lot of time when you are doing shopping.

This massive store in the middle of Hove has a cafe, toilets and plenty of self check outs. Good selection and friendly staff.
