Took our dog for a nail trim, they were late and no apology, missed claws on our dog which we noticed when we got home. Staff were also rude and didn't have enough people to help so my partner had to help cut the dogs nails which we paid for...

I used the Groom Room for the first time recently and they CUT MY DOGS THROAT! Thankfully they took my dog to the first floor vet area where they were able to glue the wound. I established that they used clippers without a guard and when the dog flinched the groomer caught her neck! I wrote to the manager several days later requesting my deposit back and my own vets check up bill to be covered, its been two weeks and I haven't had a response, not even a holding letter. I don't particularly blame the groomer more the company ethos which in my opinion as always is inexperienced groomers working long hours and targeted to push the numbers through.

They say u r not allowed to buy more then 5 hamster in a year but there hamster always die in 2 weeks of having them and when i went there they had dead hamsters in the cage and no food or water they r really bad pet shop please don't buy from here

Absolutely AWESOME grooming service!! All of my dogs have been to the lovely ladies at The Groom Room, Hove! They always give an exceptional service, and my dogs come out happy and looking gorgeous! They are very patient with nervous dogs, and have even dropped everything for an emergency groom of a rescue dog that came to me in a terrible state. Thank you so much, and we will be back very soon!

My puppy had his first haircut here today, the girls were lovely, I was nervous because of previous experiences with my dog before. Reggie looks amazing but more importantly he kept running back into the parlour to see the girls. No better review than that. Dogs do not lie or hide their fear. Thank you girls.

They did my cat. They sometimes do cats on Sundays or Mondays. My cat is only just out of kitten hood and is a real pain. So I'm really happy with how they delt with him and the price is very reasonable. Great place.
