I have been coming to this wonderful sanctuary for the last couple of months now and I absolutely love it. James and Sam, the owners are personable, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have had a variety of treatments and attended some of the classes and the skill set of the individuals that work here is outstanding! Myself and my 4 month old son have also been having joint osteopathy treatment and this has made a fundamental difference to my wellbeing. I don’t know any other place where they are happy to hold your baby whilst you attend a class. All in all I can’t recommend this place enough it’s fantastic, like home from home.

The HLC is a very clean and welcoming facility, they offer a variety of different treatment services. Having worked with James on several occasions I can confidently recommend him to anyone in need of help. He is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable, I have never felt better!
