Great shop, they've done four repairs for me to a very high standard and for much less than I was expecting, highly recommended.
I have used this shop for many years . I used to get Friendly, good service and reasonable prices ! It seems to have new management who have put their prices up 100% ..... are rude and very dismissive ! When i left a pair of chino's in for a really small repair that probably would take minutes to do .... i was quoted 6 ... and when i went to collect the price had mysteriously gone up to 10. Of course i didn't pay the extra .... the owner was abrupt , unhelpful and i made it clear i wouldn't be coming back to the shop again !
AVOID THIS PLACE, they ruined my coat by shrinking it then said it wasnt their fault. The manager said \the problem with women is that they put on weight so their clothes seem tighter\. This is ridiculous as I was wearing the coat as a perfect fit until I made the mistake of taking it to them, it also doesnt explain why the sleeves were 2cm shorter. They are rude and have zero customer service skills. The manager said that we would have to pay to take him to court and only then would he compensate us.
