Just moved in temporarily. The place is shabby and fairly old but well looked after and clean, with friendly staff. Comes with a small kitchen area, and bathroom with shower. The staff so far have been really helpful and very friendly. Me, my partner and little one feel safe and welcome. Excellent as far as temp accomodation goes

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very cramped. And they annoyingly lock the ramped access at 7pm.

This is an emergency accommodation living arrangement, one I was given and made to stay in a room with two other people (family members). It measures roughly 4x4 metres with an en-suite shower and toilet. Compared to other emergency establishments, not bad at all. Staff are friendly, and the room was clean when we got there, however on closer inspection there was years of filth under the bed and beside it. You could constantly smell cannabis if you leave the window open, tenants are being permitted to openly smoke it outside. Has a metal bridge connecting the back entrance on the side of the building facing the park to the road, anyone entering and leaving on it causes a lot of sound, enough to wake up a heavy sleeper. This place has people arguing in the streets outside, causing trouble in the lobby and rooms, constant arguing inside all audible due to the thin walls, no communal cooking area, and even people spitting down onto windows in my case. There is only a microwave, refrigerator, and a sink in regards to food prep. And worst of all, you'll probably be stuck there for years. Have fun.

The staff are very welcoming and very helpful, the building itself needs work by changing a few things and fixing problems. All in all is a lovely place to temporarily stay as an emergency accommodation. Lovely location for families with young children. I give credit to the landlord for being so hands on and making sure you are safe and secure and always being friendly and talkative to you whenever he sees you.

Only provides emergency accommodation for the homeless but definitely the best, most organised and cleanly of all.
