I highly recommend you visit this clinic for thorough and supportive advice about hormones. You need to be educated about the effects of hormones and what they do in your body particularly post menopause. Dr Rebecca Poet will give you excellent advice about what hormone products are available and in my experience it doesn't have to cost the earth outside the NHS. It can be confusing finding your own way if you want to go the alternative route. This is a sensitive area for many women and in choosing this clinic you will have found the right place.
