I get regular massages from Marina and I absolutelly love her treatment. As a regular runner, it is important for me to get bodywork which really helps so I can keep running pain free. Marina's knowledge about trigger points and anatomy in general is incredible. She always helps me and I feel fantastic!

I can not recommend Tiger Therapy enough for clinical massage, sports massage, injury and deep tissue work. I have now had many fantastic massages with Marina Kyriacou and it's great to find someone local to work with on all the little niggles that can arise in the body and the bonus is she is right on the door step in Hove.
Tiger Therapy offered a clinical approach, to helping understand the cause of injury. Working with me over many weeks, as I prepared for another ultra marathon, Marina was able to reduce and solve the referred knee issues. Highly recommend Tiger Therapy to understand the causes and tackle injury at the root cause.
Cannot recommend Marina and Tiger therapy massage more! I have a joint/ligament disability so I have been nervous about having a massage in the past in case it made the problems worse. Not only was Marina cautious and sensitive to the issue, her skill and deep understanding of anatomy meant she could alleviate a lot of my pain! She was also able to give me advice on ways to protect my joints in future. Marina is incredibly kind, intuitive and knowledgable and I am very grateful to her for making my aches and pains feel much more manageable!

I went to Marina with a chronic hip issue and after some initial manipulation and massage treatment, and after some recommended rest, I feel I am almost back to business. I will be back with Marina shortly for some long overdue general massage treatment. Marina is personable, funny, highly skilled and I trust her implicitly. Her treatment room is cosy, warm and very relaxing. The electric under blanket was an extra special touch on a cold day! I couldn't recommend Marina and Tiger Therapy more highly!
