Just called to pick up Click & Collect order, not as good as experience as ordering in Branch. For some reason despite giving last 4 digits of order reference & my surname, not enough to locate order(one Phillips Lamp). Had to spell out complete order number after looking it up on my phone. What am I doing wrong?
Convenient store with wide range of tools and materials for all kinds of jobs. Staff are always cheery – friendly and happy to help. The pickup service is extremely efficient at the moment, but you can go and order at the door if you prefer. Some chains might have a slightly large range of stock items, but prices here are generally keen and I'd much rather deal with the people in this store when I can.
I am currently in the car park of Toolstation Davigdoor road store. Had to take some time to review this wonderful establishment. Let me start with the staff, 11 out of 10!!! Always on top form especially when Alex is in.

They are super friendly and so helpful. Great range of products for fantastic prices! Forget the other big (and expensive) DIY stores, Toolstation is where you should go for all your big and small DIY projects
