Until Town and Country I thought that all letting agents were the same; spoiler alert - THEY ARE NOT. Town and Country resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully so as a landlord I am beside myself as my tenants are happy, knowing that they are looked after and I know that I don't have to worry about anything! Someone drove into the property garden wall and within an hour of calling, a builder was on the scene to secure the wall and make good. If my tenants are happy, then I'm happy! The flat is maintained to a high standard, the staff are ALWAYS on hand - regardless of how silly (!!) my question and where I think that they have gone above and beyond, they just say they are doing their job. VERY happy all round. Thanks guys! x

I've been renting through Town and Country for 7 years and they're a great agent. Any maintenance is resolved quickly and we are kept updated along the way. The staff are always polite and friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend as a letting agent.

Edit: a hole in the wall has been found by us in sub zero temperatures, letting in cold air and we have been told that this is non-essential and their building contractor will not be instructed. This is despite their building contractor visiting this week to undertake other work. Our son is recovering from a respiratory virus and we have our heating on day and night and are still cold. This is an agency who does not care about tenants. As others have said in their reviews - BEWARE! Just one comment from the Director when discussing sorting out some maintenance work at the property : \dead tenants don't pay the rent!
