Ty is everything you would want from a personal trainer: he's a nice bloke, friendly, enjoyable to work with, very supportive and a great trainer that gets results. He's professional and takes real pride in his service; on my first session he'd researched my medical condition extensively and had produced a fitness plan bespoke to me. Consequently my fitness has improved significantly after just a few months and I enjoy the workouts every time. He really is highly recommended and it was great to see him included in a recent Men's Health magazine when they named him one of Britain's Best Coaches - he absolutely deserved it.

All I can say is if you’re looking for results with a trainer that really makes a real effort, positively influences you and inspires you to reach your goal, then Ty is the guy. He’s so easy to get along with and is accepting of all people from my experience. He is very knowledgeable, is considerate of your body type and puts in the work and helps me with my goals and I’ll keep training with him even after I reach them to maintain. He’s the best and very motivational.
Ty understood my current fitness levels and limitations due to knee problems. He designed a routine to challenge me and keep me motivated. I would highly recommend Ty to anyone who wants a professional trainer who really understands his clients.
Having been training with Ty now for a few months, both my partner and I are feeling fitter and have both lost weight. TY is a brilliant personal trainer. He’s tailored a weekly fitness programme for me which is perfect. I can feel the difference! His rate is competitive. And he’s great company too.
