Made an order for a frame of size '95 horizontal and 67 in centimetres'. However, the window opening was 64cm in length. This was 1.5cm smaller on the top and bottom so cropped some of the text as seen below. When I called and emailed to rectify this, unique arts did not reply. I eventually got through to the owner Patrick Struckmann and was told that their terms and conditions are such that any error made cannot be rectified. Even if the error was made by unique arts. When i questioned the legality of such an arrangement, he repeated himself and hung up. Please save your money.

So pleased I ordered my daughter's special birthday present from Unique Arts. Although they had a few problems to overcome they worked tirelessly on my behalf and overcame them.
