Excellent physio. I've been here twice for the typical 'extended neck' symptoms associated with using a computer every day and Mitch worked absolute wonders. Took me a little while to recover from the physio which is indicative of it's effectiveness. The use of taping (which I'd never had before) meant extra support for days after the appointment. Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting physio.

My husband and I have had treatments with Mitch for a few years now. Not only is he hyper effective at releasing stress through his massage technique, but we can both exercise more efficiently, less niggles and static working at our desks causes far less neck and back problems. Mitch is super knowledgeable, lovely and funny too. He deserves all the success in the world. Thank you for everything! I can't wait for my next massage :-) Lory and Matt

Mitch was absolutely fantastic when I visited recently after a long lay off with a niggling running injury. He took the time to listen to the issues I had, and then was able to easily pinpoint what the root cause was. I was given some simple exercises to do at home to help me on the road to recovery, along with some tips to help improve my running. Mitch is a very knowledgable and enthusiastic therapist who I’m recommending to anyone who will listen! Thanks Mitch.

Mitchell is a brilliant sports therapist who takes the time to really understand what's going on with your body to make an accurate diagnosis. I was struggling with shin splints and am now pain free thanks to Mitch's treatment and recommended changes for me to make myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitch to anyone with sports/physical related injuries/stresses/strains, etc.

I've been to Mitchell Phillips several times, initially for a shoulder impingement that couldn't be fixed - Mitch fixed it . . .and most recently for a swollen knee. Mitchell is extremely knowledgeable and always goes to great lengths to explain not only how he's going to treat you, and why, but also how the injury has come about and what you need to watch out for. Every measure is taken to put you at ease and understand your problem - I cannot recommend Mitch's services strongly enough - I've seen my fare share of physio's over the years and without doubt Mitch is the best I've found!!!

Mitch has clearly got great enthusiasm, experience and knowledge in physiotherapy. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted from the session and gave me small actionable steps I could make right away. A great experience which has set me on the right path. Thanks again Mitch.

Mitch has helped me every step of the way in my short running journey, from my first 10 km a year ago through to a 10 mile and half marathon. I am not sure which aspect of my visits to him are most useful - his magic healing hands or his motivational words of wisdom - but there is no doubt I will be seeing a lot more of him in the next 12 months as I train for my first marathon! I can't recommend Mitch highly enough.

Mitch is the most enthusiastic person you could wish to meet, and a tremendous therapist to boot! Very knowledgeable and always gets to the root of the problem. Would highly recommend!!
