Grant came round to give us a quote to level and redesign our garden, and replace a hedge with a fence. Unfortunately he never sent me the promised quote , nor has he responded to my 3 phone calls ( I waited just over a week before chasing him). considering the website promises of professionalism, this behaviour is very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Addendum-I have now received my quote, which seems reasonable
