Howard is a breath of fresh air. He’s the kind of attorney that offers assistance or refers you to someone that can facilitate your needs better. I inquired about a legal concern online and he responded to me after 10pm via text. I can’t tell you the value I place on that. I work 24/7 and have for sometime, constantly on call with the expectation to respond at any time of the day. I do not recommend this law firm, I should of know by how he answered the phone. I got a rude hello, didnt greet or even state his name or law firm.. had to confirm I called the correct number before I just gave out my information, after that I was simply trying to explain my situation. I was cut off multiple times, talked over multiple times. Told I was giving way to much information, then asked for that same information after I was cut off then decided to stop cut me off again just to tell me prices and then asked for me to repeat the same information again. That conversation could of went 95% better if he just would of simply listened. How is it your job to listen and help when you cant even simply listen.. You want a grouch he is perfect! You want someone that actually listens and TRIES to help LOOK ELSEWHERE!
