Had a recent experience here, let me tell you it wasn’t good!! Had an appt for 3:30pm, went in filled out required paperwork, then payment, then they said the doctor is running late because of traffic. Waited for about 2 1/2 hours. Finally went in, the two ladies were nice, they talked to me and made it feel comfortable. While the procedure was going on, had very little to no privacy, the door was open at all times, while everyone is walking around. The doctor didn’t even wear gloves, makes me wonder if they sterilized well the equipment. Also during the procedure the lady comes next to me and starts asking questions that could’ve been handled until after the procedure. One of the ladies was talking about the patients with the doctor, and discussing their personal stuff. Like, their age, commenting on how many times that particular person had been there, judging, etc. Makes me think, if I hadn’t been the last one, they would have discussed my personal stuff while someone else is there.

Dr. Murray was very professional and provided excellent care for my mother. He was very calm and approachable. Very good bedside manners. His assistant (nurse) was helpful with explaining everything during the visit and making my mom feel comfortable and in good hands. I strongly recommend this doctor for anyone who is looking for a private, quick, and professional medical advice/services.
Worst experience ever...i have had this procedure before at another office due to the embryo/fetus having no heart beat so becuase of that reason i had to go through this a few times. Never had i experienced this much pain not even close to the pain i felt and to top it off i the procedure could not be completed so the 525 that i paid i only recieved 280 back when i should have been refunded all of it becuase it wasnt my fault the Dr couldn't complete the abortion. He was empathetic about not being able to finish the procedure tho. If you have a very high tolerance for pain then this place is perfect but let me tell you if you experience this you will most likely be afraid to ever get pregnant again and if you do you will not abort it at least not with this place. The staff was nice the Dr was fine but not worth the pain. They give you no pain relievers prior to the procedure and if you can make it through the procedure you will only get ibuprofen which is a freaking joke. This is a butcher shop and there are other places who do the procedure like options does and its barbaric. Medicine has come along way and this is no experience you want. Other clinics are way more fitting and make you more comfortable when having to make a painful decision.
The staff was extremely unprofessional discussing patients medical records through the window where other patients were sitting in the waiting room. The nurse was rude and completely went against what was discussed over the phone when scheduling the appointment. Was told I would be able to speak and meet with the doctor before what actually needed to be done would be. Not only did the nurses speak of patients private medical information out-loud for others to hear but the doctor did so as well. Very unprofessional office that does not respect patients in general forget their requests. Walked out of there and will never return and never recommend to anyone. Disgusted beyond belief.
