Kathy and Ron helped me plan more than 7 cruises (some with extended family or traveling from different locations) and consistently provided me with the best service, ship options and price. They are quick to respond to my phone or email questions, and very patient with me. I love the personal attention I get and always feel special when I talk to their staff! Office Manager

Called spoke to Kathy went back and forth with a few emails. Then she just stopped with emailing would not return Calls. So went with another Travel Agent Company Called pack your bags travel and she was wonderful very helpful went from thinking a Cruise would be better to an all inclusive to Cabo for spring break. I felt Kathy was not interested in helping us with our travels.
