I felt they did a thorough job and were very personable from the front desk to the technicians and doctor. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that when I scheduled my appointment, I said I was doing it with insurance for my free annual check-up and the receptionist didn't tell me that they are specialists so I wouldn't be able to get my free check-up and instead would be charged 60. I'm sharing this so that hopefully they can communicate to the folks who schedule appointments about this. I definitely felt that the medical care was really great, though!

Howerton Eye Clinic was awesome! I went for a visit with Dr. Scott Kelly. It was due to a work injury. The staff there were courteous and sweet. I was greeted with a smile every step of the way. Anything that was done was explained to me. I have nothing negative to say about it. Dr. Kelly was great he checked my eyes and vision. I was in and out. Thanks Howerton Eye Clinic for being a part of my recovery process for work.
Every time I come to Howerton Eye Clinic in Kyle for my appointment the customer service is courteous and the wait time is less than 5 minutes to get seen. The technician that does the eye exam to check my vision are always wonderful and polite. My doctor is Scott D. Kelly and he is also great.
Dr. Hawthorne has a beautiful personality and the staff is just as great. I had a wonderful experience with the surgery. I was scared at first but he nurses were very caring and that calmed me down. I will recommend to any of my friends.
I was very impressed with the service. They where very pleasant and told me what they were going to do. My daughter was very happy with the good everything they said about my eye surgery. I was very happy with them.
